November 11, 2024 I purchased 3 Glistening Glow Garlands in Red Berry. They arrived 11/28/24 from a Jamaica New York address. The boxes were beat up, dented not ripped open. The Garland was not as advertised, very cheap in comparison, the red berries and the greenery falls off easily needing to be replaced. Cheap plastic product that requires 3 Double AA batteries. I placed the garland on my fireplace mantel. I had turned them on twice, not in the same day be over two days and it looked like the one set was dim already, lets say after 8 hours of use. Fireplace was not on. I replaced the double A batteries and it brightened back up. I turned my back to the garland, walked away, turned back around and I saw smoke coming up from the garland. I told my husband who was in the room that there was smoke and pointed. He got up and had to blow the flame out from the garland. He inspected it and there were bare wires and it was scorched where the flam had been. I quickly took all the garlands down. I had one over my kitchen window. I took the batteries out and placed them in my garage. I contacted twinkling tree right away about the item catching fire. They did respond back by email next day with an apology and wanting pictures of the mantel and the garlands. I sent them a video and pics requested. The mantel did not catch fire. I requested a refund and was going to send them back but I have not gotten any more information about my refund request since 12/4/24. I keep emailing asking for an update, no response or refund to my credit card so far. Other people need to know that their products are fire hazards.

HORRIBLE quality unlike any of the photos on the website. Customer service ghosted me after I sent photos proving the garland was awful. Also contained a chemical smell. Very disappointed, $40 down the drain.

They took payment for a product but did not deliver. After weeks of it being “lost in transit” the tracking was changed to say it was delivered weeks ago!!!! I have emails asking where the star I purchased was and emails back from this company saying “it should arrive soon” yet the delivery was changed to a date before this after weeks of being lost. I am fighting to get a refund for a product I didn’t receive. Awful!! All products ship internationally and they do not care whether it actually makes it to the customer. They gave me a number for the shipping company adding “hopefully I can resolve it with the shipping company!” After weeks of back and forth with them and the shipping company, Twinkling Tree never delivered the product. Their resolution is for me to place another order with them at a discount of 70%. Yes, they would like me to send them more money for the same item I already paid for in full, but never received. Seeing as this company ships from overseas and my order was for Christmas decorations, and that I have zero faith that I would ever receive anything bought from this company, I am going to pass on that offer. Please buyer beware and avoid the frustration and disappointment I went through this holiday season! I am now having to take this issue up with my credit card company as a dispute as I am out $55!

Advertised as Christmas decor. Tracking said delivered and it’s not. Customer service never responded once I said it hasn’t arrived

I ordered buy one get one half off xmas garland. What showed up at my house was not what was advertised on the website. I received a cheap plastic imitation garland instead. I emailed them to obtain a refund as it says I have a month to get a refund And the company wanted a picture and video of the product. I sent that to them and never heard back from them.

What they have advertised is NOT what you receive. It is absolute junk… cheap plastic garland that fell apart as I was taking it out of the box. I emailed them and told them I wanted a refund and they never responded. False advertisement. How can this be legal? All their reviews online are fake (I learned later after researching them). They should be shut down. They send you product that is nothing like what is advertised on their website.

I paid for a vine garland piece and never got a confirmation email with order # or any shipping information. It's been over 2 weeks and I have heard nothing from this company.
