The company had advertised as affordable health insurance and seemed legitimate. After further research online about TVP health I had discovered that there are multiple sources and Reddit threads that have fallen into the same “scam”. According to information I received from them I have 30 days to cancel and get a full refund and it has been five days. After realizing that it was fraudulent I attempted to cancel the “insurance” the next day and was told that I would be contacted by a “cancellation specialist” for “verbal confirmation” and they promised to be in contact with me within 24-48 hours, I waited the allotted time and was not contacted. I have called back and they put me on hold for twenty minutes when I inquired about cancelling, talked to another representative and once again was told I needed to wait for the “cancellation specialist” to contact me. I need assistance in canceling my “policy” and getting a refund.
