I had a $40 charge on my card from this website and I know nothing about this website. Tried going to it and it said for support to log in there's no login page anywhere that I can find plus I do not have a username or password that I know of.

I noticed a recurring charge for $39.95 to TVOMIDE.COM on my credit card bills and realized I have no idea what it is. It says "merchandise", but we knew nothing about it. I looked up website and it was VERY vague, like their "product" is "expert customer service". Terms and Conditions says "by ACCESSING our site you have agreed to terms etc" which seems crazy. There is no customer log in. Ownership is listed a AirTight Marketing. Their website is equally vague. I called the phone # and each time the call immediately "fails". I called AirTight phone, left a message, no response. Seems like some kind of deceptive situation or scam. Owner Jason Beaton appears to be in Texas now.
