Multiple ads appeared as facebook reels and youtube shorts. The ad directed me to the website where orders could be placed. When I went to check-out, I was directed to the Shop/Shopify app to process payment. The order went into ship status almost immediately which triggered my credit card to be charged but I was not provided with any tracking information except to track through the Shop/Shopify app. I did receive an email saying the product should be delivered August 5, 2026 but that day came and went with no product nor update to the shipping info in the app. When I went to check the website for contact information, the website was now under construction and has been ever since. The only option was to submit my email contact info for “updates when the website is up and running”. I have initiated a report with Shop/Shopify as well with no further info from them.
