ttepeasurevip sent package to wrong address and refused refund
ttepeasurevip refused to take responsibility and credit me back my money of $49.97 or resend the product their staff addressed to the incorrect address. No matter how many times I have contacted them by emails, they refuse to resend the product I ordered. They will not give me a phone number to speak to a person in person.
I even sent them a letter from the USPS stating my package was sent to the wrong address and ttepeasurevip refuses to acknowledge the letter from the USPS and refund me my money of $49.97 or resend the package I did not receive.
I was able to contact my credit carrier and was refunded my money.
I advise everyone to not order from ttepeasurevip. See attachment.
