Suspicious calls from Tsi posing as collections

I did not give them a chance to talk but it was a man with an Indian accent. The number 260-408-8704. They have been calling me for about 3 to 4 weeks. At first, just the number showed up. Then, last two days (7/20/2026 - 7/22/2026) they show up as "Tsi" (spelled exactly that way). I did some research and found they pose as collections. I double checked my credit history in Experian and Transunion and seen that I have nothing on my credit report so I know they should not be calling me.

Received scam debt collection calls and emails for a Verizon account I don't have

USAM Verizon has authorized a discount on your account. You can resolve your balance of $297.49 for payment of $148.75 if paid by 04/29/2026. To accept this offer call 866-473-8945 or pay online at https://tsi.ink/.B2VL117. This message is from TSI, a debt collector.

I do not have an account with Verizon and this is the 3rd message from them in a week. I have not opened the email or tried to contact them.
