I purchased a Runwell TMJ facial massager off of their website. I received an item after some time, but it was not the item as described. It was a completely different item. On attempting to email their email [email protected] I received no response on both 10/30/2026 and 11/2/2026. They had a generous return and refund policy and I was looking to go through that process. In addition, their website now no longer exists.
