I was charged for an upgrade that I did not request. I emailed them immediately to cancel the purchase but they did not respond and when they finally did they said it was too late to cancel the order. It took forever to get them to finally send me the return information and they said I have to pay return shipping to China. They only give you five minutes after purchase to cancel the order but since they don’t respond right away this is practically impossible.
