I saw an ad on TikTok and purchased a two person egg shaped porch swing. Order was confirmed and supposedly shipped. Tracking stated multiple attempts to deliver without success stating various reasons such as, no building code, local event, restricted driver, deliverable, unable to read shipping label. Multiple attempts were made to rectify the situation with the store, who repeatedly stated that this was a delivery issue, not a store issue. Finally it stated that delivery was made. However, item was not delivered to my residential home in the suburban neighborhood.
