I ordered pumpkin seed oil off TryMolana.com never received the products they are saying that I have it and I don’t have it never received it. Never got a delivery confirmation. Only a shipping tracking number from China that I could not track.

paid for 3 bags of pumpkin seed oil paid 59.99 on 5/31/26 and as of today 7/26/26 received nothing and have sent them 3 to 4 emails and never hear back

Molana advertised Pumpkin Seed Oil capsules. I ordered one package on May 16, 2026. I received a text with an order #1223. On their contact page I have sent over 10 requests for either my product to be sent, or reimburse me. No one has contacted me back. Their phone # 833-271-7468 goes nowhere.
