I purchased the ring I explained there was a charging issue and the ring seemed to be worn because I had purchased two. One looked normal the other not. Have been going back and forth with the company I simply asked for it to be exchanged even put some kind of warranty on it and they won’t. Tell me I’m wrong it isn’t used when it’s scratched looks like there is residue from a previous person wearing it.

I placed an order on the website and never received order updates, support responses, or tracking information. At every attempt to locate my product or try to get them to correct the issue they did not respond.
