I ordered from them. The order took a month to get to me. A month later on the date they charged my card $29.99. For their membership fee! I didn't sign up for it! They auto enroll you when you buy anything from you. I've tried calling, emails, and fb messenger to get ahold of them. Someone answered me twice on fb and asked if i wantes to cancel i said yes. They asked for my email to cancel or they could suspended my subscription. I gave them my email and said to cancel it. No response or confirmation has been sent. They also wont give me back the $30. I havent even used the product and now probably won't and I paid about $47 for it.

Ordered product from advertised Instagram promotion. Product hasn’t moved in Chicago since 2/2/25 rep claim it’s stuck due to weather at a post office with high cargo volume. There address is not legit there phone number is in NY. Tracking has many red flags and when speaking with the rep it’s only 2 same reps.
