Trybotanik was a reputable company. We have ordered from them for almost a year. In July, 2026, they started making reoccurring charges on our credit card and the product we had ordered from them was not shipped. We never signed up for auto ship on the product. We were charged in August and never received anything so I immediately got my credit card company involved. A dispute has been made with the company over the two charges and now they have charged my card again in September and have set up a charge for October.

My credit card company has placed the money back on my card and they have given me a way to contact them. I have asked them to remove my card from their system. We shall see if they comply...my guess is that they won't. It's like they have vanished. The old email address I used is no longer valid. A good company gone BAD...
