Ordered a product (handheld vacuum) and paid $69.99 which I was charged right away on my credit card. Received the product 3 weeks later. Tried to charge it and use it, and it doesn’t even turn on. Contacted the company for their 30 day guarantee, but they never responded to any of my emails (sent 3 over 2 weeks). Followed instructions on company’s website and still no response. I checked ScamPulse.com and see that this company has F rating. And then a month later, I see that the company then charged my credit card another 29.99. I have contacted my credit card company and had to have my account closed for fear of additional fraudulent charges.
