Company attempted to call me multiple times and would not stop calling. I finally answered and they asked if my name was *** ******** (which was my Maiden name, 12 years ago) and I said no and took a message. They state that I have to return call to 866-331-7422 immediately with reference number 69007678 because they have been trying to send me legal documents that are time sensitive for quite some time and I need to address this. I hung up and called back on a recorded line and provided the reference number and was asked if my name was *** ******** and I said, NO, what is this referring to and the caller then gave me a social security number and asked if it belonged to me and it was not mine and I told them this. They assured my name and number would be removed from their "list". I did not provide them with my legal name or any other identifying information.
