Type of a scam Online Purchase

Ordered a grill that was supposed to fit my 2012 Toyota Tundra. Ordered a TRD Pro Grill. Trucfri advertised that it would fit 2007-2013 Toyota Tundra models. Received the grill and put the TOYOTA letters on the grill since you have to do that first before the install. Then took my factory grill off and realized that the hood latch mounting holes are completely different, the metal bracket that I had to take off my factory grill and put on this aftermarket grill didn't line up at all, nothing fit. I contacted them and they told me that since I had put the letters on the grill, I had attempted the installation. After sending pictures and going back and forth, they refused to give me a refund. So now I'm stuck with a grill that don't fit, plus I'm out $240. Worthless company! I wouldn't recommend them for anything!

They advertise a 1 year warranty and when I contacted them about their defective product, their response is “it’s over 30 days old”. I never asked for a refund, but simply a replacement for 2 of the 4 led lights that are defective. The product has been installed for less than a week.

Dont order from this site. I ordered a grill, they sent me the wrong one. I opened the box and held the grill on my truck to show that it did not fit. I was told since I attempted to install they will not refund or exchange.
Plus the quality of the product is [censored].

False advertising

They have a lot of pictures of the product in their ads showing one thing then when you purchase it they have items that are changed and affect the way the product appears. I purchased a front grille for a vehicle. The pictures show the grille with four amber LED lights and they look great. Then they ship a three amber light setup and it looks terrible and they will not work with me on making it right. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous and seems as though you are talking to a robot.
