After two months Chase called me about an apparently fraudulent attempt to charge my card with $119.97. I did not recognize the charge and Chase changed the account number of that card. Chase also provided the phone number of company making the charges. I called them and I asked to cancel the subscription they affirmed that I have made with them. They hang-up on me. After another few weeks I received TWO letters from collection agency NATIONAL MEDICAL ADMINISTRATORS, Inc from Norcross GA 30010, asking to pay a total of $239, apparently for the "subscription" to TRS LIMITED which I have already cancelled.
I called the collection agency and they tried to convince me to pay the subscription "because was not cancelled timely" ( I do not remember agreeing to any subscription), but they give me no information on venues I should use for cancelling the "debt" legally.
This is obviously a scam.
I don't know what to do, now. Do I have to sue them to get this cleared up?

But when the order review page came up, all three products were listed, for a final total of $119.97. Nowhere on the final page was there an option to delete the unwanted products or to void out the entire order. The only option was to hit the "complete purchase" button. Which I DID NOT do. I simply left the site.
Thinking I must have missed something in the ordering process, I went back to the site and tried again. All of the above happened just the same, except I didn't enter my shipping/payment info again.
They did send me the products without my consent. I did try the oil once, which was nothing like the first oil I received and not something I would ever buy. I have not opened the roll-on product or the supplements. And would happily return them.
Last Thursday I received a call from a collections agency for medical care I received. I had no idea who they were, told them I had no debts to anyone and terminated the call.
On Saturday I received a letter from a "collections agency" called National Medical Administrators, Inc., PO Box 924047, Norcross, GA 30010. Phone: 888-310-1765 or 770-613-3280, FAX: 470-299-4798, Web: [email protected]
They requested payment by credit card on their secure site: https://nmacollections.stratuspayments.net., saying if I did not dispute the validity of this debt within 30 days a judgement would be processed.
So this morning I called the toll free #. A gentleman answered and I gave him my name and told him I was calling in reference to a collections letter I received. He said he could help me with that, put me on hold and never came back. So I called the Atlanta phone number and a surly man answered like we were working some kind of drug deal and I told him he wasn't a professional an I didn't wasn't going to talk to him.
This is a multilayered SCAM.
