They tried to charge my credit card but thank God Chase stopped them, and now I am getting calls and a letter for collections. WT.? They will not even tell me what this is for? I think they do giveaways then come back and charge your card.

They are trying to bill me 240 dollars for a product I paid for a sample bottle of. Now have me under collections. I’m disputing it! This is fraud at its finest.

I never received any CBD product or any product from this so called company. I remember seeing something on Instagram awhile back on CBD, however I paid upfront for things I buy. And I definitely didn’t pay that much for CBD when I never bought any in my life. Then I get this letter and immediately I’m like “I just used this address recently and no bills except credit card bills should come through. So I know it’s some bull.
Don’t even know why I am being billed.

It's obvious this is a scam company how does the Federal trade commission let them keep doing this to people it makes no sense I've seen hundreds and hundreds of complaints I'm going through the same thing I got a letter from national medical administrators telling me I owe $119 in change. now I'm going to be harassed by a collection agency that's ruining my credit score there should be a class action lawsuit against these people they should be put out of business it's ridiculous

These people are a total scam TRS limited and also this national medical administrators should do their homework before they send someone a letter. They are part of the scam themselves no doubt. I want my credit record restored and this to stop against innocent taxpayers. The Federal trade commission should not let this go on. They should be put out of business and sued for harassment and if they can't pay put in prison.

I received this product last year. Collection said I purchased for 6.95. I never used the oil or pills still has medical seal on it. No return label no bills received, over the year. I am returning products unopened and took pictures of bottles. Collection wants $175. Never received any information or return label, bill from company. I believe this is a scam to trap consumers into going in collections and make us pay. I will fight in court if I have to.

Bought some CBD gummies through a website (don't remember which one) and was offered some free product with it. I said, "why not?" Got my CBD gummies and forgot all about that free product. Now, more than 6 months later, I'm getting collection bills for $119.97 for each bottle I haven't even tried. Never been contacted by the company about this product and what it could cost me if I don't return product (totally absurd). I will not pay any amount of money for a company that cheats people out of paying without their consent.

I was told(on line) I would get a free trial bottle of CBD supplements and only pay $6 for shipping. They asked for credit card info but would NOT be charged. Then suddenly it said your purchase will come to $119 + dollars and I quickly exited out of the site before processing finished. My card was NEVER charged. One bottle arrived in the mail so I thought this was just the FREE BOTTLE.
This company says I made purchases in JUNE or July 2021. They sent me 2 bills in December 2021. Each bill is $119.97
I've never really bought anything because they obviously didn't get my CC info before exiting. BY LAW if you receive anything in the mail you did not order you are not responsible for it.

This collection company appears to be involved in a scam where their client, TRS Limited, claims you purchased a product which you never agreed to purchase and then sends you a collection notice for $119.97. This scam has a long list of complaints on the internet. All indications are that this collection company may be be part of the scam even though they present as a licensed collection company. Send any notices you get from them regarding collection attempts made on behalf of 'TRS Limited' to you local District Attorney and State Attorney General office.

Thus company says I made purchases in Feb 2021. They sent me 2 bills. Each bills is $119.97. Seems like there are a lot of these same figures.

Since I've never ordered from this company I see no reason to pay.

This is a stop and desist order to this company.

High level investigation will pursue against you.

I was offered a free sample to only pay for shipping and handling which was $6.95. Later i received charges to my credit card for $119.00 contacted the group and my credit card company was told it was taken care of. Now i have a collection agency trying to collect $159.00 each for 2 invoices. This is not good business and i wish that know one else gets caught in this scam. You will never grow business through deception.

As I see others gave the same stories, I received 2 separate notice from debt collectors showing $119.97 on each bill. I'm not sure who this company is, but apparently they are scamming people out of their money. I will be having this company investigated.

I just received 2 collection notices from TATE & KIRLIN ASSOCIATES, which notices say their client is TRS LIMITED, and that I owe $119.97 on 2 different accounts! I know I don't owe either bill, I do not know who TRS LIMITED is, and I never ordered anything for $119.97, let alone 2 different times. I never ordered anything from TRS LIMITED, or any other creditor in these amount. After reviewing my credit card statements for the past year, I found that I did purchase 2 different samples, one for $6.95 (shipping charge) and one for $1.98 (shipping charge) about 6 months ago, of which samples I did receive. However, I DID Not order either item, I have never received a billing for these alleged orders, nor did I receive any such items that could have come from these samples, resulting in these collection notices.

This is a scam, they send me a bottle gor $ 6 which I used once and did not like if I did not buy no more next thing you know I am in collection for $119.97 I did not subscribe with anyone. This is the worse business they are out there to rob people. Please stay away from them.

FRADULANT SCAM!!! This is one of those companies that lie to you about trying a product with only S&H charges then once they get your credit card number they start putting through automatic recurring charges. Luckily, or so I thought, my credit union immediately noticed the charges as FRADULANT and wouldn't allow them to go through my account, so I thought the problem was handled. Now, this bogus company has sent me to collections! On 02/11/21 I agreed to $6.95 S&H ONLY to try the CBD product. Right after that time I started getting multiple charges to my bank account, as I mentioned earlier my bank stopped them, then yesterday I get a letter that I've been sent to collections! STOP THIS COMPANY FROM THEIR FRADULANT ACTIVITY! Desired Outcome Correction to a credit report

Mid July I received the attached collections Letter from Tate & Kirlin Associates, Inc. (580 Middletown Blvd., Suite 240, Langhorne, PA 19047-1827, Inc) demanding payment of $46.95 for TRS LIMTED. I was offered a choice of various (free) products, including Life CBD Oil, for completing a survey. I chose the CBD Oil; but when they wanted $6.95 ($6.99?), I decided not to go forward. While preparing to reject the offer, they lowered the S/H price to $1.99 (or $.99), which I accepted. After receiving the product, I noticed they had charged the original $6.99 S/H fee on my Chase Ink Visa card. They also were trying to get me to pay for a (monthly?) repeating order of product at some unreasonable amount ($119?). I asked chase to contest any charges from the company--which they did. This was over 1 year ago. The Tate & Kirlin Associates collections letter is dated July 19, 2021.

Try product for 8.99. 10 days later, have law firm statement, saying I owe 119.97. OUTRAGEOUS! NOT PAYING IT. Products were called, Cleanse boom and Keto boom, neither did anything. Rip OFF!

This company is nothing but a scam he sent me some kind of drugs that I did not order I return to sender they charge my credit card $6.95 for something I did not even order now they’re trying to charge me 159.97 As I return the product please watch your credit cards my credit card company credit me the 6000 $.95 which made them mad I guess so now they’re trying to charge me this ridiculous amount
