TRS Limited Reports & Reviews (133)

My friend and I saw the ad for the Samples of TRS Limited CBD and ordered it with out reading the fine print. We both got charged twice for 119.97. My Credit card Co. Would not honor it so they sent me a collection notice for both of my charges. My friend had to call and cancel before they could charge her again. I recently went back and read the fine print which was hidden in the terms and conditions clause. It would be easy for anyone to miss as it was way down at the bottom and had to scroll to get to it. No where on the front page does it say a reoccurring charge will be charged, only in the terms that had to be clicked on to read. It's a rip off. The God's should shut them down and fine them.

I too have been sent to a collection agency , Tate & Kirlin Associates of Langhorne, Pa. to have $119.97 paid for something that was suppose to be free except to pay for shipping . I called them and told them right after I received it, that I didn’t want them . I still have the unopened bottle and would love to send them back . The collection agency could not help me with an address or anything so I don’t know what to do next ...

I saw an advertisement for CBD oil and followed the website through the steps it carried me. It said this was a free trial, all I had to do was pay the $6.95 shipping. So I took them up on the free offer. A couple of weeks later I received a package with the CBD oil and another bottle of capsules, which was not part of the free trial I had signed up for. I've never taken the cbd oil nor the capsules because of the extra item that was sent with the cbd oil. I figured there was something fishy about this. I waited another two weeks and I received an email from Trs Limited- Life CBD company telling me I owed them $119.97. There was a phone number in the email which I called, and talked with a person for about 20 minutes. He told me I had stopped payment for a credit charge they had made against the same cc company I used to pay the shipping. Slick hugh. I told him my cc company had called me and said a charge of $119.97 had tried to be processed against my card-- did I recognize the company or the amount. I told Chase that I recognized the company, but certainly not the amount. So they blocked it. He eventually told me if I would clear this up with the cc company and allow the charge to go through everything would be fine. I told him I was not going to allow a charge of $119.97 to go through, that it was a free trial. He then told me I should have read the fine print that said after 30 days the free trial offer would be voided and I would have to pay the retail price for the oil($119.97). He then said if I would resolve this that day and allow two charges to go through for $23.99 each and be paid, this would resolve the issue.
I told him I would contact my cc company right after I got off the phone with him and tell Chase to allow two charges to be cleared for $23.99 from his company. I did exactly that, if fact I followed up with an email to Chase stating what I had told them to do, and I have a copy of the email if anyone needs sit.
I called the cbd company and told them to process the two charges for $23.99, that Chase had been notified to accept and allow them to process.
At that point I "assumed" everything was fixed and all was ok.
Well, anything but ok. I received a letter dated April 22, 2021 which contained two sheets of paper from National Medical Administrators, INC, one was reference # 1456303, and the other was reference #1463559, telling me I was in collections for two items, the cbd oil for $119.97, and $119.97 for the capsules (I never ordered as part of the free trial). That was on Friday evening when I got home. So this morning when they were open, I called them and talked to a rep who was very indignant and spoke to me as if I was way beneath him. He essentially said the only way to resolve this collections was to pay the $119.97 x 2, that I was in collections and nothing else could be done to resolve this aside from paying the $239.94, the retail price for the two items, then hung up. I had told him before he hung up that this was nothing but a scam, free trial, then send two items instead of one, then charge outrageous prices for both, and if anyone complained to send it to colllections.
I had agreed to pay the cbd company the $23.99 x 2 and made arrangements for them to be paid(by the way the cbd company service person said that credit card payment was the only way to pay for this.
This morning after I was hung up on from National Medical, I went into google and did a search on both the cbd company as well as National Medical and found there were 309 complaints against them. Most of the complaints are on the same agenda as what I have gone through. What can I do now? Any suggestions? Many thanks.

Same thing happened to me. I think that may be the same guy that hung up on me...which is unprofessional and makes me think more that this company(National Medical Administrators) is just an extension of the other companies...and they figure that they will scare people into paying by sending them to collections. I think the one guy is National Medical Administrators. This is so sad...because there are going to be people who are actually going to pay this money to keep it off of their credit report.

I had better luck with reporting the collection agency (National Medical Administrators) to the BBB. Got response right away that my credit would not be affected and case was closed. I believe that NMA is partnered with TRS to extort money from unsuspecting people and told them as much.

I recently received the attached letter from a collection agency stating I owed for CBD purchase which I was told was only a sample? I had never received any bills prior to this letter? I want them to withdraw the fraudulent charge.

My husband was sent a free "sample" of CBD Boost, for which he paid the shipping charges only. After a week or so suddenly we will billed $119.97. He immediately called the company and asked why they had charged our credit card. Apparently in the fine print, after receiving the sample it was assumed that you were on a "auto" plan to purchase. We never did receive the sample. We contacted our credit company to decline and refuse the charges. It definitely taught him a lesson to be wary of the Pop Up ads.

I ordered a sample bottle of CBD oil and paid $6.95 for shipping. After it arrived and I had been using it for three days I received a bill for $119.97 for a supposed subscription I had ordered.
I was then informed by someone at their “supposed company” that I had only three days to try the product or I had to return it. They sent me a Return Authorization Number by e-mail on Friday, 4/02/21 at 4:03 am. The e-mail’s body said 24/7 Support:8552141813 Garolyn >>>>>>my(last name) Customer Number 1437283. At the time of the phone conversation I was informed (3 times) that I did NOT have to order any subscription and would not have to pay the bill for it.
After returning the product I did receive a confirmation that they did receive it. Then, a couple of weeks later I received a letter from National Medical Administrators, Inc. who claimed they were a bill collection company representing TRS limited-Life CBD.
After doing more research I came to realize that this was all a SCAM. I will not be paying any money to National Medical Administrators, Inc., and will be reporting this scan to all agencies I can think of.

I orded a sample of their product for $6.99. I discovered 2 collection notices a for 2 orders off their product for $119.97 each. I didn't receive any more product either. This is a "read the small print" scam. I paid the money not wanting to be liable for any more charges. According to the collection agent Nationl Medical Administers, Inc. Mind you, these charges are only for the sample bottle, not more product. It's this type of thing that makes me livid with resentment that so many people are so dirty and greedy and feel entitled to steal from other trusting people. This company will get shut down eventually and hopely the owners will be held responsible.

I ordered a “free trial” which I received and paid shipping on and now the company is billing me for $119.00. I didn’t order any subscription or any other products. I do not appreciate being scammed!
I do not owe this so why they turned me over to collections is beyond me.

I accepted an offer for a sample of CBD oil for the shipping cost of $6.95. I just received a letter from National Medical Administrators stating that I owed $119.97. I have never reordered anything more. The oil , 300 mg, was delivered some time while I was in the hospital and I was never told I had to cancel anything or the item had to be returned or there would be a charge of $119.97. When I telephoned National Medical Administrators the man was very rude and said he had spent too much time with me and hung up. Please resolve this matter by removing this charge. Also, what was the $119.97 for?

Do they actually report people to the credit bureau. One rep at TRS told me that they do not report while another manager told me that they do? I would pay just to have them stop calling, but when I asked for a later stating that if I paid they would remove me from further attempts at collection and they refused.

I received an offer to sample CBD oil for the cost of shipping. I received the oil and just now received a letter from a collection agency that I now owed $119.97. That charge is bogus and a complete scam. I have a call placed with National Medical Administrators, but at the point I will not be paying this bill.

I orded a sample of their product for $6.99. After returning from a trip, I discovered 2 collection notices a for 2 orders off their product for $119.97 each. I didn't receive any more product either. This is a "read the small print" scam. I paid the money not wanting to be liable for any more charges. According to the collection agent, I would have been liable for continuing payments of $119.97 each month forever. Mind you, these charges are only for the sample bottle, not more product. It's this type of thing that makes me livid with resentment that so many people are so dirty and greedy and feel entitled to steal from other trusting people. This company will get shut down eventually and hopely the owners will be held responsible, I hope they do jail time.

TRS limited life CBD is a complete scam. They have you agree to a one time payment amount then charge you later for hundreds of dollars. They don’t send the products your required to pay for because they cancel your subscription that they didn’t inform you of signing up for in the first place. They don’t send you a bill. They send your bill straight to collections and refuse to talk to you about where your products are that you must pay for through collections where they add on more fees. My bank has blocked this company from my account and recommends disputing the entire thing.

This company is a joke because they are trying to charge me for some pills that they say that i had to cancel or returned. Now this collection angecy is trying to collect from me $119.97 in which I’m not going to pay because it’s a scam. Now they are harassing me for the bill. Good luck.

Same thing happened to me. They keep sending CBD cream I don't want, but none of the numbers or customer service sites on the products or mailing slip are valid. I don't know what to do.

wow, seems like we too are having issues with this company. Also received a collection notice from Tate & Kirlin associates for the same $119.97 for something we supposedly received from TRS Limited. We don't have a clue who that is and are not past due on anything, so I sent them a letter requesting more information on TRS Limited and the product. That was back on February 1... never heard anything. Then we received a notice that their client was willing to accept 75% of what was owed if we paid by 4/12. We sent them a 2nd letter noting that it was the 2nd letter and hadn't received any of the information we asked for. This really seems like a scam looking at all these other complaints.

They sent to me same thing this two letters.

Received a collection letter from National Medical Administrators and I called the 1-800-number of 1-888-310-1765. I explained to the representative that I did not contact my card company. My card only had the funds that I agreed to pay for the products. He said that I contacted the card company and told them it was fraud. I told him, I did not, the two charges of $119.97 from "Flexm1comtrial" and Musculiocomtral did not go through because I was not aware of them. He then began to say that I didn't return the products and I told him that no one contacted me to return the products. He said, well you can't return it now and hung up the phone on me. I contacted TRS to explain to them that I would like the address to return the products because one bottle was un-opened and the other bottle was used a few times. They told me that they could not help me. I finally found the label and returned the product and sent an email to both the TRS support and NMA that the charges for $119.97 are fraudulent and it's against the law to put fraudulent charges in collections. Not sure how this will turn out but if you see that a charge is only about $6.95 and $6.97, beware of the additional charges that these companies try to charge you in addition to what you already paid. I was very fortunate that I used my CashApp card that had limited funds on it. They could not get the two payments of $119.97 but I'm sharing my experience in hopes that others will not be scammed, too. TRS Limited-King Size and TRS Limited-Black Label NO is definitely scamming people.
