They got me a few months ago through a fake dealership. These criminals impersonate legitimate businesses that have shut down, often ones that closed more than a year ago. Always verify enterprises with the local police, Better Business Bureau (BBB), and the State Attorney General’s office before sending any money.
Red flags to watch for:
They usually speak with a foreign accent.
Their prices are far below market value.
They offer suspiciously cheap delivery options.
They insist on bank transfers or cryptocurrency for payment.
Their websites are newly registered, often in the current year, despite their claims to have been in business for many years.
Never send money upfront—no matter what they promise you. Only do business in person and verify everything.
I lost my entire savings and am now in serious financial trouble. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.
