I was contacted by a guy claiming they were collecting a debt that I have with Triple Services LLC Payday Loan. I have never even had a payday loan in my whole 38 years of life. They call multiple times a day.

Received call from 855 216 9698 stating I owed a payday loan and they worked for triple Services LLC . I told them I had never gotten a payday loan and I had never received any paper work from anyone stating I did. They said they would send paper work for court then. Which I replied well send them because, I have no idea what your talking about.

they called me and said I had an outstanding debt from 2011. they said the things that all debt collectors say when you verify who you are. they had my whole security number, birthdate, name, address, old email address, and they knew which bank i had back then.

they were trying to say I had breached a contract on purpose and that this company "Triple Services LLC" was trying to collect $2,5467 for a $500 loan given to me back from 2011. so they acted as though they would work with me only if i could pay money today. then three more payments within a month. so then they said i would just have to pay $684.00. or else it would go to litigation and i would have to pay all of $2,547. which changed to $3,500 and then again when i called back and asked what was that total amount again that they wanted to collect. and it changed once again to $1,547.

they could not tell me what company they work for. they would say well I work for thirteen different companies. and i said, ok, start namimg them. then I would be put on hold.

the amount i owed kept changing when i would call back and start asking more questions.

names i was given were Mrs. Chaney. and Logan.

i finally realized it was a true scam when they could not tell me what company that i had gotten that loan from. and they could not give me an address to any of there offices. and i had googled this company and found many people saying "Triple Services LLC" trying to collect money is a SCAM.

I asked to call this number, 877-564-8229 thru my brother-in-law because he received a pre-recorded message on his vmail asking in he knew me. My brother-in-law then pressed #1 and was given a number to have me call. I then called the number an spoke to a person, verifying my information such as first and last name, place of work, last four digits of my SSN, etc. The person was very rude and sarcastic. Then he stated I was in breach of a contract for a payday loan from 2009 and that I had an outstanding balance. I asked what company was the loan from and he mentioned Triple Services LLC. I told the person on the phone I had documents that prove I paid off the loan. And he said he needed to see a copy of the documents and that I needed to send him the documents. I was starting to become very curious because I never took out a loan via payday loan. As i started asking him questions, he started to change the subject of our conversation and insisting that I pay the outstanding balance. As the conversation went on, I told him that his information was not correct and that this was a scam and and act of identity theft. And unfortunately, hung up on the person. I was so angry. My mistake was I called the number on my work number now they are harassing me at work with several phone calls threatening to send the authority to my place of work.
