Scam Mechanic. Do not trust him

If this guy come's to you claiming to be a mechanic don't trust him at all. My sister is a single mother going through a divorce. She decided to help me with my car and I called him out to work on it. Paid him to come out and look at the car and also paid him to go and get the part for the car. She lost $260.00. That's food out her kids my nephews mouth or gas she could use to get back and forth to work. I posted a picture of what he looks like.

I found an ad for this mobile mechanic on Craigslist. I contacted him and he came to take a look at my truck. After figuring out what was wrong with it he said that he would get his car hauler to come pick it up. He stated my vehicle would be ready the next day and that he would bring it back. The next day came and he never called or answered text. When he finally did respond he kept giving us the run around and he didn't want us to come to his shop. He insisted that he bring it to us. We popup at his shop anyway and he or my truck was no where to be found. We called and got no answer.so we sat there for a while only for him to tell us that he had to take our truck some place else because the equipment he needed was broken but said he waod have my truck home in Two hours. Two hours passed and he never called or messaged. When I kept calling no answer. He finally texted back two different times with the run around and of why he was there yet. He didn't bring my truck to me until 10 pm! I asked him for receipts that he said he would provide and I never got them. I had a flash light to check the engine to make sure the work was done properly and I saw that one of the things he said he did was not done so he agreed that he did lie about it and took $100 off. I couldn't check my truck out thoroughly due to it being so late at night and he knew that so I paid him the balance of $375. Tha next morning I went to look at my truck thoroughly only to realize that he had not completed any of the work we had discussed. I asked my a refund and he agreed. When I asked where he wanted to meet he stopped responding to my messages. I am now pursuing the courts on this matter so this won't happen to anyone else.
