I ordered Trimtaste cutting mix on March 31, 2026, with free cream and I was charged for the cream. I emailed the company and a lady emailed me stating that’s what I ordered, so I sent a screenshot showing that the cream was free but they charged me for it. They are quick to take your money but not resolve the issue. Then two weeks later they took $48.69 for the cutting mix when I never received the first one. Now, April 20th, no one is emailing me back and they took the address and phone number offline so there is no way to contact anyone. I think next I will get my attorney involved so that I can recoup my money back.

I made a purchase of $26.30 on 3/25/26. They turned around and charged me $47.74 for a subscription that I didn’t sign up for. I never received the product and I am in dispute with my credit union about the charges. I received an email from Kayla stating she was sorry and that she would send my product and not offer a refund. She stated that they charge for the subscription to ensure that the consumer gets their 4-6 weeks of continuous use. What if I don’t like the product?
