Ordered a coldezz fan that was supposed to be a portable air conditioner but when it arrives it was just a small tower fan so it was false advertising as it wasn't the same product that I saw before ordering. They then offered me a $15 refund because it would cost $50-$80 dollars to send back, so is clearly a scam company, would tell everyone to AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT A SMALL TOWER FAN FOR £75, NOT A PORTABLE AIR CONDITIONER, and the annoying thing is I found one on Amazon and eBay for only £20 so is clearly a MASSIVE SCAM
