Buyer beware!

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered two of the exact same ornaments from this company on the same day October 8th. Delivery per them was supposed to be October 24th. See screenshots below. The first one arrived on October 19th. The second one still hasn't arrived and there haven't been any updates on the shipping since October 21. The ornament I'm waiting on is a birthday gift for my SIL this month. I've emailed customer service multiple times and they have done NOTHING to help. Go with literally ANY other company. I wish I had.

Horrible company!

Ordered 2 items on 1-4-22. As of today, 1-18-22, I still have not received items. All I have received is a run-around, excuses, and poorly written emails with bad sentence structure that lead me to believe it is a Chinese company. Out over $50! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Ordered a christmas ornament never received an order number it has been over 3 weeks now. I have tried to contact them and they are telling me I do not have an account and nothing is showing up that i ordered anything but my Discover Card has the charge on the statement. Will try to dispute it and see if i can get my money back.

Ordered a Tee shirt for grandaughters birthday, I noticed the name had two letters backwards, I contact them 2 hours 13 minutes later and they refused to fix this. They told me I would need to order another shirt and I would be charged for this one. No customer service in this company at all. I will never order from this company again.

Was considering making a purchase, logged my PayPal account and the transaction processed without completing the checkout process and authorization of funds withdrawal. I didn’t even provide my shipping details. Bank alerted that it was an out of country transaction. Immediately called bank.

I ordered a Memorial ornament for Christmas, I waited and waited, and finally heard from them, via email, phone number not given. It was sent to unknown address, I went to the Post Office to try and get the pkg to no avail. After several emails it was then sent to an Orange County location, for what reason I’ll never know. It was then after Christmas, the memorial had lost its element by now. I asked for a refund, for which I was told we don’t give refunds or replacements ! They never addressed the issue that the gift was lost. They were very rude, and never even tried to or offer to replace the ornament. They got my money, and apology for their mistake. Never buy from again.

I ordered a cat cup for Father's day that arrived 4 weeks later. The lettering on the cup is now half off. The agreed to give me 50% off on my next purchase which was 2 masks with cats on them. They arrived after a few emails from me. They are not suitable for this pandemic. They are poorly made and poor quality of fabric. They were not even worth the 50% off. This business is a scam to people out here.

I purchased a tee shirt from this company that placed an ad on facebook on May 18th. It is almost a month later and I have to ever get a notification of the order being shipped. A few days ago they emailed me to ask if my address was correct, if they thought there was a problem, dont you think they would've contacted me sooner ?

I ordered multiple things from multiple online retailers at the same time as this order. I have received every other purchase within a promised amount of time. It is like pulling teeth to get the product I ordered. I am becoming fed up.
