I ordered a shirt from them in April they sent an email saying they’d have the shirt made and ship in a few weeks and never did. It’s September. They haven’t replied to my emails either.

Treasure Faith identifies as a "Christian apparel company," who "donates proceeds to charitable causes." I placed my order on 6/24/23, received a confirmation email that my order was being processed, then after a few weeks, I recached out in Sept. 2023 to check on my order status. On 1/6/2024, I reached out to the company again. They assured me my order was received and would be shipped within 2-4 weeks. That times has come and gone. This last week, I requested to just be refunded, but no one has responded. They have my money now, so I am sure they are ignoring my emails.

Placed an order on three items sweatshirt, and two bracelets back in December, they have not responded to any of my emails/messages and my item seems to be stuck in customs.😤

My order was never delivered. The USPS said they were issued a tracking number but no package. I placed the order on December 12, 2022. Where did my payment go!

I ordered one sweatshirt and it was delivered to a completely different state than my requested ship address. I have reached out just under a dozen times through different avenues asking for a reply with zero response. Money lost and one unhappy customer.

I ordered 2 sweatshirts from this company and they were both "delivered" to Georgia when I live in Ohio. I've messaged them a handful of times and reached out on Instagram. I'm out 70$ now. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I can almost guarantee I'll never see that money refunded.

I ordered a Be the Light sweatshirt and received a tracking number. When I finally received notice that it had been delivered, it said it was delivered to a totally different state than where I live. Obviously, the tracking was fake. I have emailed the company three times and messaged them on Instagram with no response. I am filing a complaint and hoping to get my money back from my credit card. Run away from this bogus company!

This company does not communicate. Product is not as described. One of the worst companies I’ve ever purchased from. If you have second thoughts and try to cancel—good luck. You’ll never hear from them again.

I wish I looked up their website more often. Ordered a couple items that were totally different on site. Received extremely cheap, nothing like the pictures on their website after two months. Emailed three times for refund and never heard back. All the reviews on their page and other websites are 100% fake- they wrote those themselves.

Ordered Jan 30. It’s March 5. I have contacted the shop and never received responses. Tracking is fake and didn’t appear at all until Feb 22 when I emailed first checking in. Filing a dispute with my card company unfortunately

I received an order Be the Light sweatshirt which was not at all as pictured on their site. It was presented as a buttery yellow color but is actually almost a fluorescent sunflower yellow with iron on letters that appear to have been made with a cricket. I have written to the 3 times requesting to return this item. I have never received anything beyond an automated response.

Ordered a sweatshirt that was totally different on site. Received horribly colored, tiny, cheap, see through sweatshirt. Email three times for refund and never heard back. Messaged on Instagram and never heard back. All the reviews on their page are 100% fake- they wrote those themselves. Trying to figure out how to get them stopped

Be the Light sweatshirt-delivered after 6 weeks. Not as advertised-unwearable, extremely cheap fabric, size not as expected - very small. Unable to find product on website. Do not order from website.
