Ordered suitcase set and it was shipped to someone in California instead Hawaii. Sent email and was told refund will be issued. No refund was issued for my order. The phone listed as contact wasn't good. Tried many emails to get refund but no reply was sent. They are scamming people.

I purchased a suitcase from Trbtand. I received a tracking number. When I checked tracking, it said delivered and the address it was delivered to was somewhere in Puerto Rico. I live in Florida! I tried to contact Trbtnd and their number was inoperable! The charge on my credit card bill showed "Kitchenaion". I tried to contact them too and that number was also inoperable.

Was looking for a hard to find item. Found trbtand which said they had the item in stock. Had an Arizona Address and phone number, so I placed an order. This was September of last year. Received an email stating that shipping information would be provided when the transaction was complete. That never came. I sent several emails to their so called customer service and never got any reply. When you look up the transaction, it's says complete. No merchandise and no refund. Scam...

I placed an order on 2-1-23 for luggage for $99.95. After a couple of days i went to track my order on their webpage and it said the item was cancelled. I immediately contacted PayPal to let them know of the problem. They contacted the seller and were provided a tracking number. The tracking number was bogus. The number listed on the webpage is as fake as the products they sell - always busy. The address listed on the website is to some ugly house in Arizona

I paid about 100 dollars for a luggage set it never came i calles my post office general they told me it’s a scam and, it works… They find a package that is going to your state and town and steel the tracking number… so when you enter the number on your account it says it’s coming but the tracking number was stolen…. Please report them to better business and, call pay pal…. So they stop taking money for this company….. TRBTAND are sitting back thinking nobody going to anything.

I ordered something on October 8, 2022. My bank account was debited $82.75 on the 11 th. I have yet to here anything about my order even after writing 5 times. Their phone number is constantly busy. I need answers or a refund!

Placed an order on 10/1 for $175.78 it stated they would email a tracking number once product got shipped. On 10/3 I received an email with the tracking number coming from China . Then it stated it would take several days to update status due to where it was coming from. Around 10/19 I received a notification it had arrived in California then in transit to Hawaii. The next day it said delivered in Hawaii. I tried calling the number and always got a busy signal. I sent out emails and got no reply.

I placed an order with this company on 9/11/2022. I received an email confirmation of my purchase and the confirmation email said I would receive tracking information once payment has been received.

I waited 2 weeks and emailed back asking for my racking detail. I confirmed that the payment was posted to my credit card on 9/11/2022.

I did not get a reply. I emailed again on 10/03. I also tried calling their main number (posted on their website) and got a busy signal every time I called (tried 3x). I then called the phone number associated with the charge on my credit card and got some kid's phone (Madeline or something).
