Please note this is a different number than the 877 number on their website.
I called the number and was told this was a restricted economy flight and he needed to go over some information. He told me no luggage, personal item ok and I would receive a confirmation from the airlines within 4 hours. I did not.
I called again this morning and was told that the return flight was ok, but the initial flight "was denied by the airline" and I needed to "upgrade to basic economy". I asked if there was a charge for that, was told yes, $166 a leg. In my 2 flights there are 4 legs. Therefore a total of $917+ for a $253+ ticket. I said I wasn't going to pay that as I had paid them for a roundtrip flight and still don't have a roundtrip flight. They then informed me that the tickets were nonrefundable, I couldn't cancel them. I told them I don't have tickets and respectfully request a refund as they did not provide me with the promised tickets. I was told "sorry, you can't do that they are non refundable and you've already paid".
I called the bank, closed my Visa, disputed the charge and they are issuing me a new card. Good gracious I do NOT want this to happen to anyone else, so I am reporting it to you.
Then he said we couldn't leave on the day of our reservation, because the airline raise up the fair, and that their policy says that the reservation is submitted to changes, by the airline, and then he said, that the departing flights would leave the day before, so my wife said. I can't I have to work, so when I told him, he said that in order to depart the original date, we had to pay 450 dollars more, I knew I was talking to a scammer. I told, we want to cancel, he said the tickets are not refundable in our policy, I told him, listen I'm a judge and I'm taking you to court and call the FBI on you for fraud, and my credit card company. Immediately I reported my credit card as stolen, I was lucky I act fast, before the transaction went through.
The next thing we know, is that we received airline tickets cancelation via our emails.
So if your account was compromised by these scammers reported to the local authorities and the FBI. This is a cyber crime. Don't give them your credit card, and if you did stop your credit card immediately, before is too late.
