Type of a scam Employment

I was hired by George Keramidas and Christos Malegkos to be the Office Manager for TravelTame, a new travel start-up in early August 2020. I was excited about the opportunity and spoke on the phone with a couple people for interviews before accepting the offer. I was immediately sent resources to help do my job better like an Outlook email account with a @traveltame.com email address, a VOIP desk phone, as well as contracts, and various onboarding employment agreements and documents. I was told my compensation would initially be profit-sharing for the first quarter and then we would discuss staying on profit-sharing or partial profit-sharing as well as a salary.

Communication slowed significantly from George and Christos as well as the rest of my colleagues. It was all done over email and then everyone stopped responding including George and Christos. At this point I figured I was part of a scam (I always thought something wasn't quite right with the company but I was in need of a job and didn't have any other current leads) and began trying to find out more info on my supervisors and the company at large. Then around the beginning of October they stopped responding to my emails, phone calls, text messages, and LinkedIn messages. I have a file of all my successful communications as well as attempts with George, Christos, and anyone else from within the company.

I have been checking my accounts and credit history and have not seen anything unusual thus far but these two have opened up another company called Intelenyx Systems Inc. that they've based out of San Diego.
