I had a problem with a flight. I searched google for "expedia support phone number", and their number came up in the AI answer. They asked for flight info and my name, so they were able to access my reservation. They claimed they would help me fix the issue. Disturbingly they wanted my entire address and cc info. Charged me 189.00 - on my statement came as "Airline fares and taxe". When I arrived at the airport the following day, the airlines had no record of anything. Their email contained no confirmation numbers; only screenshots. Language in email did not seem corporate, and the email travelshelpdesk.com does not seem to be a reasonable grammatical choice.
