SAVI WORLD - SCAM

Same thing happened to me. I thought I was on with Spirit Airlines. Now, Spirit cancelled the flight I was on and won't refund all of the funds because I booked with travel agent! i would never of booked with Travel agent. What a scam! How can they do this?

this company intercepts customer service calls that are supposed to be for an airline, in this case, Spirit. So when using Google to find a customer service number for Spirit, their phone number shows instead. Then the 'agent' makes you believe that you are talking to the airline, not a 3rd party travel agency. We needed to change a return flight, which should have been minimal cost; however, we were charge $240 for this, when it should have been only $19. What they did is cancel the 2nd leg of the trip and made a new reservation; and tacked on a $42 fee for themselves. All the while pretending to work for Spirit. When we discovered the problem, Spirit customer service (the REAL one) said they could/would do nothing about it because it was not their error. When trying to call the same number back, it is not longer in service - imagine that. Nor is the phone number on the confirmation email.
