They are on the flight search website jetcost.com, where they offer a good price, if we go further they call the next day to say that they don't have that trip or those prices and that they won't give the refund.
Then they offer another price with some discount, we end up accepting it if we don't lose what we have already paid, after charging us they only give us the agency's confirmation code and the e-tickets are only given to us in the last 24 hours, so they end up keeping the money and we are left without a trip.

Booked a flight from this site in google search was a fraud

I agree with the commenter above. This is a scam, like many such pages! Other pages that are pulling the same scam are, for instance, http://www.asaptickets.com, http://www.flightforall.com, http://www.hotflightdeals.com, etc. They all operate in the same way. The customer puts online all their details into their webpage thinking they are actually booking a flight, but in reality they just collect your data and they either call you or write you an email, telling you to contact them and when you do, they claim the flight is not available as such because of the airline changing prices, or that only coach flights are available, but they can upgrade you to economy class and then the ticket price becomes a really expensive one, not nearly anywhere from those prices they list on their webpage. They claim not to be a scam because they don’t charge your bank account and contact you to inform you that this particular flight that you have booked is not available anymore, but far more experience upgrades are. They also claim their website is not updated, or down… yet all year long/ 365 days a year their webpage shows the same cheap flights, but they are never available. IT IS A SCAM! Someone needs to inform the Inspector Generals in each State to start looking into this scam and to shut down those pages! I would be willing to go for a class action lawsuit against them all if anyone is interested to join!

I want to add that www.flightfaredeals.com, www.travelfro.com, www.cheapfareshop.com, https://lookupvacations.com, https://us.jetcost.com, are also scam page with the same tactics as the webpages mentioned above. They all operate the same way as described above. I have tested them all.

They will take your money and run.
I try to get a refund for an error that they made and was given the run around excuses, but never the refund.

Scammers are based out in India. As an Indian, I am ashamed of these guys.

Booked last night. Should’ve read the reviews. They advertise cheap flights and then never send a confirmation only for you to call and they say you only paid for taxes you still need to pay for the flight itself. So do not book through them. 5 star reviews are fake and it’s a big scam! Enter in the wrong card number and it’ll still say you’ve booked a flight with them. Ridiculous and they don’t answer the phone with Hi this is Travelfro….it’s a guy with a heavy accent that just rudely says Hello for their customer service line. Do not buy!

I reserved a flight with them for the good price while it lasted while browsing for others. ALSO their website claims free cancelation within 24 hours and 24/7 toll free phone service. I tried to cancel my reservation 2 hours after making it, called (no response), sent an email (no response). The next day, I call in the morning and then they finally pick up when I call a 3rd time in the afternoon. They said they had already booked my ticket (I had never gotten an eticket confirmation, even though the reservation confirmation email from the day prior said it should arrive within 4 hours) and that I would have to pay the airline cancelation fee myself. So everything on their website is a lie, I feel like an [censored] for ever booking with them, DONT DO IT

I booked a round trip flight from LAX to AUS and was confirmed pending my credit card authorization. Price was very cheap. 2 days later, I called to confirm my reservation since I had not received any email. The representative told me that the return flight was packed, and they would be booking me alternate airlines or seats for an additional $200 more. I think this is a scam to bait people with low fares to book on their site, and then last minute, they tell the customer to pay more or as much as you would have paid to book on the other sites. Most likely, you will pay more because they won’t notify you until the last minute, and by that time, prices have already gone off the roof. Fees are refundable within 24 hours of cancellation per their website, but the company doesn’t notify you within 24 hours if they cannot honor the booking. You will lose your payment if you disagree with their alternative pricing and re-booking.
