I called Royal Caribbean to prepay fees. I located their customer service phone number online as listed. It appeared to be an official number. The "rep" I spoke with increased the amount of the expected charges, $259 to $413. I foolishly paid it as I was taken off guard by the additional amount. He indicated that there might be two charges totaling the amount and there was. One was directly to Royal Caribbean ($259) and the second one was $153.66 listed to TRAVELFEE8552531014 844-5000626 NY. I have since contacted Royal Caribbean, they did get the $259 payment but does not show that they took the $153.66 amount.

The "rep" that I spoke with at the fraudulent phone number indicated that his name was Chandler and he called me a couple of times from a listed phone number of 518-901-7692.
