They Hit my bank for ******, with a payment to UMG 888-624-1092 T-e, which I reported as fraud. The bank stopped payment and gave me a refund. then on Jan. 2nd., I got a letter from them saying I signed-up with them on Dec. 20th, and I approved a charge of ****** for monthly membership fee, which would be deducted automatically, unless I call to cancel by calling 1-888-624-1092. But when you call it is autometed a nd gives you steps to go through and last number 1 will give you some on to talk to but it just hangs up.

I had exactly the same experience in mid January 2025. One of my medical device account was locked. I called the service number of the medical device company to unlock my account. Somehow the call was routed to a guy named Alex Bauo with Indian accent, and I was told that a credit card was needed to unlock my medical device company account. After I gave the credit card information, the line dropped. Then I found $19.99 was charged by UMG to my credit card. I reported it to my credit card company and had the credit card replaced right away. Then I received the same letter mentioning the monthly charge.
