Received recently in my mail in yellow envelope with my name and address on it. Bottom left corner printed in large bold font stated FINAL ATTEMPT.

Viking Cruise giveaway. Four prizes offered. A VIN gauge combination is included with a number and if it matches the scratch off number in the letter, supposedly you are a winner. However PTCL according to the letter is not affiliated with Viking River cruises or other cruise lines offering Caribbean and Alaskan cruise. One prize was a Sony 75” TV. Sounds like a scam.
