I called a number that was identified as Expedia. They asked for itinerary number, and they were able to find all information about my trip with it. I was inquiring about my options, as one of the members of the party broke her arm and required surgery the day before the trip. After talking to "supervisory" staff, the scammer said that if I paid $2400, they would refund my trip in full.
