We were contacted by a Jose Reyes for the resale of our timeshare in South Caroline to Travel Dream Vacation from Mexico.Than Clear Meadow Brokers of Beverly Hills, CA contact us requesting $2,100 for closing cost but PAH Holdings of Las Vegas, NV took over and we wired the money to them after an official document of deposit of the money from the buyer and one that stated we will be reimburse if we did not close the deal. After we sent our wire information, Michelle Brown from CapMac Financial Service in New York, NY requested the payment of $5,097 for taxes before the fund could be released. We said not and Angela Valenzuela from Sat Gob, Mexico, called and we agree to pay &1,050 for a POA so that travel Dream Vacation could pay the tax for us. Olivia, from CapMac sent us a IRS form 1116 for our taxes. Jackie Soto from Banco Santander, Mexico called stating that our swift code was incorrect and to correct it we need to pay a surcharge of 6% of the sale. We refused to pay it and they tried to scare us stating that we own those money to the bank and they will go after us. Continuous phone call but we continued to refuse to pay and only after we threaten them to reveal their scam they stopped to call. After 3 months of silent, Elizabeth Martinez from Banco Santander tried to convince us again that our funds are there and need to be released after paying the surcharge. She states that was sending us a deposit statement and talk back to us. we never received the document but they are still trying to call us.
