I bought 1 bottle of the keto gummies, but when I put my credit card info. it charged me for 6 bottles. (239.88) I called them to tell them that they didn't work and I want my money back. They told me send the 5 bottles back and we'll give you your money back. So I sent them back. I call them to ask for my money back they tell me that I only sent five back and it'll be 49.95 for that one bottle and a fee of 50.00 ( 10.00 dollars a bottle) for restocking fee. I asked them why? I thought it was money back guarantee if the product doesn't work. She told me no that those fees will still be charged, even though I only ordered one bottle when I ordered it.

My dad ordered Keto gummies a few months ago. He knew what he was doing and paid for them. A month later, he noticed that he was charged again by Transform Keto and a box arrived with more gummies. It appears that he was opted into a subscription service without his approval. Transform Keto does not have a website or email address to contact for customer service. Upon further research, it appears that many other people have had similar issues with Transform Keto. My dad would like a refund for the second shipment that he did not authorize to be charged for. It is also predatory to auto-subscribe consumers without their permission—he needs to be unsubscribed ASAP.

I saw an ad about keto gummies so I went on and purchased 1 bottle. 59.99 when I pushed confirm order it had 179.99 worth of charges I didn't order. It did iordered 3 bottles 2 of the keto and 1 detox. I called the number from the page they said they didn't show an order. I called my bank and they said they can't stop it but they gave me a different phone number so I called it and the girl said she can't find my order so they give me this [email protected] to chat with someone about this order and h here I am. 179 dollars for something I didn't ask for.
