We were messaged at first in face book. Then calls . Agreed upon a$500 price . Paid him, a few days later I inquired . He then wouldn't ship it until I paid him $200 more . He said I could get a refund if I wasn't happy . I asked for a refund he then blocked my messages. Called him no answer. Texted he called me back and said I wasn't getting a refund for 7 days. I waited the 7 days and he will not answer calls or messages
