I got a voicemail from a Sam stating my mother had a complaint against her. They gave me a case number without identifying who they were or what the complaint was about. The person on the phone then stated that if they can not notify me they will come to my residence and verified place of work. They said the call was logged as proof of contact attempt but again never identified the business or the nature of the complaint.
