This appears to be a scam company targeting individuals that have filed for a trademark and it was abandoned.

The caller said his name was Jason Smith and could barely speak English. He had my public information from the registered trademark website. He knew my name and said he could get my abandoned trademark re-issued but I needed to pay right away.

He was very pushy. I checked and their website has what appears to be a fake address. When I spoke to someone in the live chat they wouldn't give me their mailing address and when I asked questions they gave very strange answers. They could barely spell. It has all the signs of a scammer so I thought it would be best to report them.
