Carla Jones said she was an examining attorney who was given my file by the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), to assist me in completing the registration of my trademark name. I paid her $1,941 to do this. My application was marked "suspended" by the USPTO shortly after she told me my application was approved. I asked her for her attorney state bar number, and she never responded. I requested a refund, although she agreed to it she never refunded my money.
