I am writing to express my concern regarding a fraud, lack of communication, and unprofessional service I have received from Trademark League company to securing my company's trademark. I hired their firm to assist me with this process and have provided personal information and paid the required fees ($44 for name registration & clearance + $150 as part of payment plan of %1,050). However, I have not received a confirmation of my application from USPTO and have had to repeatedly correct errors made by Trademark Leagues staff which raised red flags, they seemed to not provide an agreement letter for such services. Furthermore, I have found the tone of some of their representatives to be unprofessional, and I have had to request that they lower their voices during phone conversations twice.
I understand that the serial number for my application will not be provided until full payment is received, and I agreed to these terms. However, I requested clarification on this matter due to the concerning behavior, which raised red flags for me. I informed them that I would contact the UPSTO for further clarification and included their company in the email correspondence. Despite initially agreeing to this, they then refused to provide the necessary information and claimed that they could not represent me due to another client with a similar name. Subsequently, they issued a refund but my trademark is still vulnerable which is my main concern.
I am extremely dissatisfied with their handling of my trademark application and lack of transparency. I can attach all emails and text message communication thread for your reference if needed. I requested an explanation for their actions and a resolution to this matter but they are not responding anymore.
