I was sent a link to establish a trademark for my business. In the link I paid $99.00 for my trademark and have since received “payment declined” emails from my bank about a $59.00 charge and a $450.00 charge from Trademark Genius that I DID NOT APPROVE OF or MAKE online with the debit card information entered. I am afraid I am at risk of continuing to be scammed with charges from them. I have also not received any of the trademark paperwork that their site said I would.
