Ad running on QVC infomercial thru Facebook for a Solar Lite Lamp Post with Flower basket attached. Stated last day for sale (which ad ran continuously). I ordered because I could see the QVC video playing on ad and thought legit. Paid for item on my debit card and about 3 weeks later I received follow up shipping notices from Track718.net (China) so that I could get statuses. Kept getting statuses saying item on its way which would have been received today according to the tracking information. It never gave me a phone number and often said "Delivery is on the way. " When I tried contacting them through Track718.net it was a recorded message saying that "we do not have shipping information of the actual vendor/company and that we only have the logistics of the tracking". Supposedly, I was to receive the package on today (2-26-24). Never received! Unable to get more information. Only had a tracking number for item (AS837927949CN) which did nothing but "track" location of said item.
