I purchased a 1978 Yamaha RD 400 Aluminum Swing Arm from Trac Chassis Sports on July 9, 2025, for $795.00. Despite repeated assurances, the item has not been delivered.

I personally visited the location on November 20, 2025, and again on April 18, 2026. On both occasions, I was told by Dave Earll that the item would be provided. To date, no shipment, no pickup arrangement, and no written communication has been made to resolve this matter. There is a physical business at this location, yet there are no employees to be found. I have begun small claims procedures at this time.
