  I bought something and never received it. I attempted to purchase a toy from toysoff for Christmas. I was a little Skeptical since there was no actual reviews but the website seemed legit so I purchased the toy on 12/2 for Christmas. It did not arrive by Christmas and I totally understood were in the middle of a pandemic and I could wait. Now they are telling me it was delivered to my house on 1/7 but nothing was received. I kindly emailed them about it and they argued back and forth with me saying I received it. Telling me in order for me to get a refund I have to go to my police department to file a report? This company is a scam. I am a single mother and I work really hard for my money. I can’t believe I fell victim of this just trying to get a Christmas present. They refuse to refund the money to me.
