Third party not affiliated with cruise. Tour and Travel Focus Group. Offer mailed as post card. US Postage Paid from Sacramento CA but company in Washington DC Permit #1935. The company name is not listed. My family member received a postcard in the mail and read the details to me. After Googling the phone number, I found a ScamPulse.com report that stated in the description the mailer details that she read. I'm glad I could warn her not to call. It's disappointing that the company used focus group research as a deceptive angle—the offer seemed illegitimate.
