I have received monthly charges of $39.95 on my Discovercard at least 6 times. Touchofredvisuals is said to be an Instagram scam. I can’t figure out from their website what they do. I’ve reported them to Discovercard before to no avail. I will cancel my card if that’s what it takes. See attached screen shots.

Refund of Money

I was also a "victim" of this "service". I contacted them via their phone number (844-829-4422), was on hold for quite some time, and then received an answer from a customer service representative. Although she had a foreign accent and I had a little difficulty understanding her English, I explained to her that I was charged $39.95 on my credit card account, that it was for an unauthorized purchase and that I wanted to cancel the "service" and receive a full refund. This lady I spoke with was friendly and very helpful. She immediately cancelled the subscription and then gave me a full refund of the $39.95. I simply explained everything to her in a quiet and respectful manner, and she was so helpful. I had the refund on my account within the few seconds it took to speak with her and hang up. I checked my account immediately after hanging up and the refund was already there. Just a "heads up" -- call the number provided, be patient and calmly explain your situation. Good Luck!

Took $39.95 from my account and I don't know why but it was the only money I had left in my account that was supposed to last me till I got my check and now I'm on the streets with nothing. I don't know what to do and I don't know what this is for. But it's people like this that give other people bad names and make people not trust in people. I want my money back

Stolen my money

I have had multiple charges of 39.95 taken from my account. I do not know when or where this came from, but I need it taken care of today, if not sooner. That is too much money to be taken.

Found charges of $39.95 on my checking account and called them to discuss what the charges were for. They are not customer service, as they claim, they ask for your info and after they have it tell you they do not have any historical information on charges but will Cancel the service. I asked how long ago the service started, she stated she could not see history, but could see we never called in about the account before.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told, "We do not have one available". I asked for a Manager and was told, "We do not have one available".

The woman would not let me finish my questions before interrupting and going thru her "script".

They stated the charges were for a website called Tulum.co Which is a streaming service for gaming, movies, etc.

The woman would not give me the contact information for Tulum that sends them info. I wanted information that would lead me to the source of where the charges were coming, and she stated "I do not have that information".

Further investigation with my bank revealed they had been charging it since November of 2021.
