The site never confirmed or delivered the item but took my money. When I tried to dispute the transaction with PayPal, the site sent fake delivery confirmation information saying they delivered my item (which showed photos to an address that was not mine and had a package description that did not match what I originally ordered).

his store is a complete scam. First, it's operating out of a residential address, which is already a red flag. I found an online ad for a product that's nearly impossible to find anywhere else. Their website claimed to have 1,500 in stock. However, they only allow you to add items worth less than $40 to your cart, likely to make it harder to dispute charges later.

They seem to specialize in advertising products that have been discontinued, are out of stock everywhere, or are no longer manufactured. This is a deliberate tactic to mislead consumers.

I hope the complaints filed here on the Scampulse will help prevent other shoppers from experiencing the frustration and disappointment I did.

Clicked on site to purchase item. After.Purchasing item a waited for email confirmation. When none was sent, went back on webite to check and website does not even exist.. only cart/item exists. Googled company only to find several sites claiming they are scam. Purchased thru paypal and they cannot dispute thie- asking me to contact company which does not exists. On paypal states Le Than thuey which is not company name. Ony CC it states PP merchant as comoany. Contacted both to cancel right away and neither was helpful as i jave to WAIT till my money is SENT to scammer. Does not make any sense. Purchased 7/5/24 for a TENS unit.. do not expect item -- ever. Website does NOT exist, so cannot contact seller, and im sure they can create tracking or sales document if they can create shopping cart and payment site.

I ordered a hair product on line. The product has been discontinued and is at a discounted price. The receipt presented at the end of the transaction was blank. I waited a couple of days for the confirmation email that I have never received. I emailed the [email protected] address and received no answer. I called the phone number which is not in service. I emailed through Paypal at [email protected]. I contacted Paypal who quickly refunded my money. Another thing to note is when I Googled the product, 3 businesses offered it at the same price. When I looked at all 3 websites they are all the same except for the name.

I googled a particular eye drop that I was in need of. The totalhill website came up as the only one that had my drops available. I purchased the drops on their site. They did encourage paypal payment, however I used my credit card. I then received an email from Paypal that I authorized payment to Nguyen Thanh Phong (which I didn't). I emailed the person at [email protected] to cancel my order completely as I did not authorize to use paypal. Then I did see it as a transaction on my credit card. I never received the product.

I ordered Death Wish Pumpkin Spice Coffee Grounds (12oz). I paid through paypal. Received a tracking number after I emailed the person's address. It stated it had been delivered (which it hadn't). I contacted via email the seller. Didn't hear anything back then all of a sudden his information was gone. I went on ScamPulse.com to look up the company and saw that this has happened to many individuals. I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. They refunded my credit card.

I ordered a cologne that my husband picked out, I received a confirmation order number. I cannot track my order. It says there have been no orders placed. They claim to use paypal but it’s not really paypal but it looks just like it. I never received anything. They just took my money. See attachments. Also used the email [email protected].
